A full refund including the original standard delivery costs will be given within 14 days from the cancellation notification.

Where goods are to be returned to us you have 14 days in which to send the goods back to us in the original condition and packaging.

When you place your order with us, please note that it may take 3-4 days to process and pack your order ready for shipping. Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send it via first-class post.
